These Quick & Easy Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas are crispy, cheesy, and bursting with flavor. Juicy chicken, savory bacon, and creamy ranch come together inside a golden tortilla, making them the perfect weeknight dinner, lunch, or snack for the whole family.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil, for cooking
- Optional: sliced green onions or jalapeños for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken, bacon, cheddar, mozzarella, and ranch dressing.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and lightly butter one side of a tortilla.
- Place the tortilla butter-side-down in the skillet and spread half of the chicken mixture evenly on top.
- Top with another tortilla, butter-side-up.
- Cook 3–4 minutes per side, pressing lightly with a spatula, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet and let rest 1–2 minutes before slicing into wedges.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Garnish with green onions or jalapeños if desired, and serve warm with extra ranch or salsa.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder or smoked paprika to the filling. These quesadillas reheat well in a skillet or air fryer for a quick lunch or snack.
