  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)
  • Cooking spray or butter for greasing

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Scramble eggs in a skillet until just set. Remove from heat.
  5. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  6. Place sausage, scrambled eggs, and shredded cheese on the wide end of each triangle.
  7. Roll up and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm.
