- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)
- Cooking spray or butter for greasing

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Scramble eggs in a skillet until just set. Remove from heat.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Place sausage, scrambled eggs, and shredded cheese on the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
