- 1 cup tomato juice or tomato sauce
- 3/4 cup Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
- 1 egg or 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients, ensuring they are mixed well.
- Press the mixture into an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
- Bake in the oven for 1 hour or until the meatloaf reaches a medium doneness (160°F) and is no longer pink in the center.
