A bold and spicy fall sangria featuring Fireball cinnamon whiskey, pumpkin puree, and autumn fruits. Perfect for cozy gatherings and festive parties with a warming kick.
Ingredients

- 1 bottle red wine (750 ml, such as Merlot or Zinfandel)
- 1/2 cup Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 1 pear, thinly sliced
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- Ice cubes, as needed
- Sparkling water or ginger ale (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, whisk together red wine, Fireball whiskey, apple cider, pumpkin puree, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Add apple, pear, orange slices, cinnamon stick, nutmeg, and cloves. Stir gently to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours, or overnight, to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, add ice cubes and a splash of sparkling water or ginger ale for a fizzy finish.
- Serve chilled in glasses, garnished with fruit slices and a cinnamon stick.
Notes
Adjust sweetness to taste. For a spicier version, add extra cinnamon sticks or a dash of ground allspice.
