- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

Instructions
- In a mason jar or container, combine oats, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract.
- Stir well until all ingredients are fully combined.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
- In the morning, stir the oats and add optional toppings before serving.
Notes
Use steel-cut oats if you prefer a chewier texture, but increase soaking time. These oats keep well in the fridge for up to 3 days, making meal prep easy.
