  • Chilled prosecco or sparkling wine (to top)

  • Fresh strawberries or raspberries (for garnish)
  • Sugar or pink sanding sugar (for rim, optional)
  • Lemon wedges (for rim)

  2. Mix base: In a shaker filled with ice, combine vodka (or gin), cranberry juice, strawberry puree, and lemon juice.

  4. Assemble: Strain mixture into prepared glasses, filling halfway.
  5. Top with chilled prosecco or sparkling wine.
  6. Garnish with fresh berries and serve immediately.

Notes

For a mocktail version, replace alcohol with sparkling water or lemon soda. Adjust sweetness by adding more strawberry syrup if desired. Serve immediately for best fizz.
