This Peach Strawberry Cherry Summer Sangria is bursting with fresh summer fruits. Made with crisp white wine, brandy, and a medley of juicy peaches, strawberries, and cherries, it’s the perfect refreshing cocktail for summer parties, BBQs, or picnics.

- 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, or Chardonnay)
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup peach schnapps or orange liqueur
- 2 tbsp sugar or honey (optional, to taste)
- 1 cup fresh peach slices
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup pitted cherries, halved
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1–2 cups club soda or sparkling water
- Ice cubes, for serving
- Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, brandy, peach schnapps, and sugar or honey. Stir until well mixed.
- Add the peach slices, strawberries, cherries, and lemon slices to the pitcher.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to let flavors meld.
- Before serving, add club soda or sparkling water for a fizzy touch.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint if desired.
Notes
For a sweeter sangria, use Moscato or Riesling instead of dry white wine. You can also blend a portion with ice for a slushy twist.
