- 1 (15-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (15-ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter
- 1 (8.5-ounce) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- Optional: 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together corn, creamed corn, sour cream, melted butter, and Jiffy mix until combined.
- If desired, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 40β45 minutes or until golden and set in the center.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!
