Instructions
- Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
- Cook the Sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease and set aside.
- Make the Batter: In a large bowl, whisk together pancake mix, milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon (if using), and 1 tablespoon maple syrup until smooth.
