- Brush both sides of the cabbage steaks generously with the garlic oil mixture.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and golden with crispy edges.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese during the last 5 minutes if using.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
