  • ½ cup apple cider
  • ¼ cup brandy
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 pear, thinly sliced
  • 1 plum, pitted and sliced
  • ½ orange, sliced
  • 1 cinnamon stick (optional)
  • 1 cup sparkling water or ginger ale (added before serving)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Create the Base: In a large pitcher, mix red wine, apple cider, brandy, and maple syrup or honey. Stir well.
