- 12 oz pasta shells

- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

- Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook 12–15 minutes until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
- Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a handful of spinach near the end of cooking. Parmesan cheese works well as an alternative topping.
