- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional: parsley, parmesan, red pepper flakes

- In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add uncooked macaroni, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the pasta is tender, remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Garnish with parsley, parmesan, or red pepper flakes if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For extra creaminess, stir in 1/4 cup heavy cream or a spoonful of sour cream. You can also add vegetables like peas or bell peppers.
