  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add garlic and sautΓ© for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add pasta, chicken broth, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
  4. Cover and cook until pasta is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed, about 10–12 minutes.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cooked chicken. Adjust seasoning if needed.
