Ingredients

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine works best)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sautΓ© for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add pasta, chicken broth, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Cover and cook until pasta is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed, about 10β12 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and cooked chicken. Adjust seasoning if needed.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
