- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Bisquick or all-purpose baking mix
- Optional: pickles, ketchup, mustard for serving

- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In an oven-safe skillet, cook ground beef with onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly over the beef mixture.
- In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and Bisquick until smooth.
- Pour the batter over the cheese and beef mixture.
- Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until the top is golden and set in the center.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with pickles, ketchup, and mustard for a true cheeseburger flavor!
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped bacon or diced pickles to the beef mixture. Pepper jack cheese works great for a spicy twist.
