  • 1 package (9–12 oz) frozen cheese or meat ravioli
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

  3. Add liquids & veggies: Add diced tomatoes, broth, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, carrots, and zucchini. Stir to combine.
  4. Add ravioli: Gently stir in frozen ravioli, making sure they are submerged in the liquid.
  5. Bake: Cover and bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, until ravioli are cooked and vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve: Ladle soup into bowls, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and garnish with fresh herbs.

Notes
