These Mediterranean-Style Olive & Feta Skewers are a fresh, flavorful, and ultra-easy appetizer made with olives, creamy feta, cherry tomatoes, and herbs. Perfect for parties, mezze platters, holidays, or quick entertaining.

- 1 cup feta cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup mixed olives (Kalamata, green, or your choice)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- Fresh basil or mint leaves
- 2–3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Toothpicks or small skewers
Instructions
- Assemble each skewer by threading one olive, one cube of feta, and one cherry tomato. Add a basil or mint leaf if desired.
- Place the finished skewers onto a serving plate.
- Drizzle lightly with extra virgin olive oil.
- Sprinkle with oregano and black pepper.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Use firm feta to prevent crumbling. You can also add cucumber slices or roasted red peppers. For a more intense flavor, marinate the feta in olive oil and herbs for 1–2 hours before assembling.
