This No-Bake Pumpkin Tiramisu is a creamy, spiced twist on the Italian classic. With layers of pumpkin mascarpone cream and espresso-soaked ladyfingers, it’s a cozy fall dessert that’s elegant, indulgent, and incredibly easy to assemble — no oven needed!

- 8 oz mascarpone cheese, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups brewed espresso or strong coffee, cooled
- 3 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
- 1 package (7 oz) ladyfinger cookies (savoiardi)
- Unsweetened cocoa powder or cinnamon, for dusting
- Crushed gingersnap cookies or chopped pecans (optional topping)
Instructions
- Whip the cream: In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla until soft peaks form. Set aside.
- Make pumpkin filling: In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and mascarpone. Mix until smooth.
- Fold and chill: Gently fold whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture. Chill for 15–20 minutes while you prepare the coffee dip.
- Dip and layer: Mix espresso with coffee liqueur (if using). Quickly dip each ladyfinger and arrange in a layer in a 9×9-inch dish. Spread half the pumpkin mixture over. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and remaining cream.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight for best flavor.
- Serve: Dust with cocoa powder or cinnamon before serving. Add crushed gingersnaps or pecans for texture if desired.
Notes
For a kid-friendly version, skip the liqueur and use decaf coffee. This dessert tastes best after chilling overnight, allowing flavors to deepen. Perfect for fall parties or Thanksgiving tables.
