Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • Optional toppings: crushed graham crackers, sprinkles, or drizzle of white chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  2. Fold in graham cracker crumbs until mixture can be formed into balls.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  5. Dip each ball into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off, and place back on parchment paper.
  6. Optional: Sprinkle toppings or drizzle with white chocolate before chocolate sets.
  7. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm. Serve chilled.
