Description

These Pecan Pie Balls taste just like classic pecan pie but in a rich, bite-sized form! Made with buttery pecans, graham cracker crumbs, and a touch of maple and brown sugar sweetness, then coated in smooth chocolate—these no-bake treats are perfect for holiday gifting and parties.

Ingredients

Scale
    • 1 1/2 cups finely chopped pecans (toasted recommended)
    • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 1/4 cup maple syrup
    • 1/4 cup corn syrup (or additional maple syrup)
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • For Coating:
  • 12 oz melted chocolate (semisweet, milk, or dark)
  • Crushed pecans or flaky sea salt for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped pecans, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and salt.
  2. Add maple syrup, corn syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until a thick, sticky dough forms.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for 10–15 minutes, or until firm enough to dip.
  5. Dip each ball into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  6. Place dipped balls back on the baking sheet and top with crushed pecans or sea salt if desired.
  7. Let chocolate set at room temperature or refrigerate for faster setting.
  8. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature for a delicious pecan-pie-inspired treat!

Notes

Toast the pecans beforehand to deepen the flavor. Store Pecan Pie Balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 months. Perfect for cookie trays, gifting, or holiday snacking!
