Description
This No Bake Fireworks Oreo Cheesecake is an easy and festive dessert that explodes with patriotic colors and creamy flavor. With a crunchy Oreo crust, smooth cheesecake filling, and red, white, and blue sprinkles, it’s the ultimate showstopper for your 4th of July table—no oven required!
Ingredients
Scale
- 24 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz (2 packages) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup red, white, and blue sprinkles (plus extra for topping)
Instructions
- Make the Crust: In a bowl, combine crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the freezer for 10–15 minutes to set.
- Make the Filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and mix until fully combined.
- Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add the Fireworks: Fold in red, white, and blue sprinkles to give the cheesecake its festive “fireworks” look.
- Assemble and Chill: Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the crust. Smooth the top and add more sprinkles. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Serve: Slice and serve chilled. Optional: top with whipped cream or festive candies for extra flair.
Notes
To easily remove the cheesecake from the springform pan, run a warm knife around the edge before releasing. For a chocolatey twist, use flavored Oreos or drizzle with white chocolate before serving.
