- Fold in flour until just combined. Add optional nuts or chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool in pan 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
