- 10 fresh mint leaves

- 1–2 teaspoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
- 1 cup cold sparkling water (or still water)
- Ice cubes
- Cucumber slices and mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Blend Base: In a blender, combine chopped cucumber, mint leaves, lime juice, and honey. Blend until smooth.
- Strain: Optional—strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother drink.
- Assemble: Pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
- Garnish & Serve: Garnish with cucumber slices and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a spa-like touch, make a large batch and keep chilled. You can use soda water, tonic, or coconut water for variety. Add vodka or gin for a refreshing cocktail version.
