  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups cooked rice or pasta
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional topping)
  • 2 tbsp butter (optional for topping)

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, rice or pasta, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  5. For a crunchy topping, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the cheese.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can swap the vegetables for your favorites. For extra flavor, add a pinch of paprika or thyme. Leftovers taste great the next day!
