- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups cooked rice or pasta
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional topping)
- 2 tbsp butter (optional for topping)

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, rice or pasta, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spread mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- For a crunchy topping, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can swap the vegetables for your favorites. For extra flavor, add a pinch of paprika or thyme. Leftovers taste great the next day!
