  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Place chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
  5. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Optional: broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for a golden top.
  7. Rest 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

Greek yogurt makes a lighter version, while mayonnaise gives extra richness. Serve with rice, vegetables, or a fresh salad.
