- 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Place chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Optional: broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for a golden top.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
Greek yogurt makes a lighter version, while mayonnaise gives extra richness. Serve with rice, vegetables, or a fresh salad.
