  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. Sauté chicken: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. Cook aromatics: In the same pot, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant and translucent.
