Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
- Spread sprouts evenly on the prepared baking sheet, cut-side down.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until caramelized and tender.
- Optional: Sprinkle with nuts before serving for extra crunch.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
Notes
For deeper flavor, drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar before serving. Leftovers can be reheated in the oven for a few minutes to crisp up again.
