- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a medium casserole dish.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5–7 minutes.
- Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cream cheese until fully melted and creamy.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared casserole dish. Top with shredded provolone and cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
