- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 2 cups uncooked pasta (rotini, shells, or penne)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional: pickles, ketchup, mustard for serving

- In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and chop; set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in beef broth, milk, cheddar soup, and uncooked pasta.
- Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
- Stir in shredded cheddar until melted and creamy.
- Fold in the crispy bacon, reserving a little for topping.
- Serve warm with pickles, ketchup, and mustard if desired.
Notes
For extra cheesiness, add more cheddar or a handful of mozzarella. Ground turkey or chicken also works great as a lighter option.
