- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 12 oz uncooked pasta (penne or rotini works best)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish

- Cook bacon: In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon until crisp. Remove and set aside, leaving a little bacon fat in the pan.
- Cook beef: Add ground beef to the skillet and brown. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Cook pasta: Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Make Alfredo sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, then add heavy cream and Parmesan. Stir and cook until thickened, 3–5 minutes.
- Combine cooked pasta, ground beef, bacon, and cheddar cheese into the sauce. Stir until cheese is melted and everything is well coated.
- Garnish with green onions or parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For extra cheesiness, add more cheddar or mozzarella. You can also mix in cooked vegetables like peas or mushrooms for variety.
