- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce

- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or processed cheese
- 1 green onion, sliced (optional)
- Red chili flakes, to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Cook Noodles: Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Make Sauce: In a skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic in sesame oil until fragrant. Add gochujang, soy sauce, and chili flakes; stir to combine.
- Toss Noodles: Add noodles to the skillet and toss well to coat in sauce.
- Add Cheese: Sprinkle cheese over noodles, cover skillet for 1-2 minutes until cheese melts.
- Garnish & Serve: Top with sliced green onions and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang and chili flakes. Use processed cheese slices for a creamier melt or mozzarella for a stringier texture. Add a soft boiled egg for extra protein.
