  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or processed cheese
  • 1 green onion, sliced (optional)
  • Red chili flakes, to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook Noodles: Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Make Sauce: In a skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic in sesame oil until fragrant. Add gochujang, soy sauce, and chili flakes; stir to combine.
  3. Toss Noodles: Add noodles to the skillet and toss well to coat in sauce.

Notes
