  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

  2. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes.

  5. Serve beef mixture over warm cooked rice.
  6. Top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
