- 1 lb Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 bag tortilla chips or pita chips (about 10–12 oz)
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- Optional: diced tomatoes or pepperoncini for topping

- Spread half of the tortilla chips on a large baking sheet or oven-safe dish.
- Layer half of the cooked Italian sausage over the chips.
- Drizzle half of the marinara sauce and sprinkle half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Repeat with remaining chips, sausage, sauce, and cheeses.
- Top with black olives and any optional toppings.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add sautéed bell peppers, mushrooms, or onions between the layers. Serve immediately for the best crunch.
