Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and whisk in flour for 1–2 minutes to make a roux.
  4. Gradually add milk and cream, whisking until smooth and slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until fully melted and creamy.
  6. Combine pasta with cheese sauce and pour into prepared baking dish.
  7. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle evenly on top.
