These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are juicy, cheesy, and packed with flavor—perfect for game day or parties. Each bite-sized bomb is loaded with seasoned beef, melty cheese, and garlic-parmesan goodness, all wrapped in a soft dough.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic (optional for garlic butter topping)
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Stir in shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Separate dough into individual biscuits. Flatten each piece into a small circle.
- Place a spoonful of the beef-cheese mixture onto each dough circle. Fold and pinch edges to seal completely.
- Place the sealed bombs on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Parmesan, garlic, and parsley. Brush over the tops of the bombs.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with ketchup, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
These cheeseburger bombs can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking. For extra flavor, add finely chopped pickles or caramelized onions to the filling.
