Description
This White Sangria recipe is crisp, fruity, and absolutely refreshing. Made with white wine, brandy, and fresh fruit, it’s the perfect cocktail for summer parties, picnics, or casual gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, or Chardonnay)
- 1/3 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur (such as Cointreau or triple sec)
- 2 tbsp honey or sugar (optional, to taste)
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 green apple, diced
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1–2 cups sparkling water, club soda, or lemon-lime soda
- Ice cubes, for serving
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and honey or sugar. Stir until well mixed.
- Add the orange slices, lemon slices, apple, pineapple, and strawberries. Stir to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for maximum flavor.
- Just before serving, add sparkling water or soda for a fizzy finish.
- Serve chilled over ice, garnished with extra fruit slices.
Notes
For a tropical twist, swap the strawberries for mango or kiwi. If you like it sweeter, add ginger ale instead of sparkling water.
