Instructions
- Dissolve Jello: In a mixing bowl, whisk berry blue Jello into 1 cup boiling water for 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
- Add Flavor: Stir in ½ cup cold pineapple juice and ½ cup coconut rum. Add a splash of blue curaçao for deeper color (optional).
- Fill: Pour mixture into plastic shot cups, filling about ¾ full.
- Chill: Refrigerate for 2–4 hours, or until completely set.
