- 8 beef hot dogs, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish with foil.
- In a large bowl, mix barbecue sauce, brown sugar, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Add hot dog pieces to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread coated hot dogs in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway, until hot dogs are caramelized and slightly crispy on the edges.
- Remove from oven and garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
- Serve warm as an appetizer or snack.
Notes
For extra smoky flavor, finish under the broiler for 1–2 minutes. These burnt ends are best served fresh and hot.
