Instructions
- Prepare the Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice.
- Season Salmon: Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook Salmon: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Glaze and Flip: Flip salmon, brush with honey glaze, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through and glaze is sticky.
- Serve: Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra caramelization, broil salmon for 1-2 minutes after glazing. Use fresh lemon juice for brightness.
