- 2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or jasmine)
- 1 cup steamed broccoli
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add shrimp, season lightly with salt and pepper, and cook for 2β3 minutes per side.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce into the skillet and simmer until thickened and shrimp are coated.
- Divide cooked rice into bowls and top with shrimp, broccoli, and carrots.
