- 14 oz smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika

- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Add sweet potatoes to the pan, drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Roast for 15 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, and paprika.
- Remove pan from oven and add sausage and broccoli.
- Drizzle honey garlic sauce over everything and toss gently.
- Return to oven and roast 15–20 minutes, until vegetables are tender and sausage is caramelized.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
You can substitute green beans or Brussels sprouts for broccoli. For extra heat, add red pepper flakes to the honey garlic sauce.
