  • 14 oz smoked sausage, sliced
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  3. Add sweet potatoes to the pan, drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Roast for 15 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, and paprika.
  6. Remove pan from oven and add sausage and broccoli.
  7. Drizzle honey garlic sauce over everything and toss gently.
  8. Return to oven and roast 15–20 minutes, until vegetables are tender and sausage is caramelized.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

You can substitute green beans or Brussels sprouts for broccoli. For extra heat, add red pepper flakes to the honey garlic sauce.
