Instructions

- Add diced chicken, season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and chili powder. Cook until browned and fully cooked through.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in BBQ sauce, honey, and soy sauce. Reduce heat and simmer for 4β5 minutes until thickened and sticky.
- Serve the honey BBQ chicken over warm cooked rice.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
