- Dressing:

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine salad greens, apple slices, dried cranberries, pecans, cheese, and red onion.
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

Notes
