  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • Dressing:
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine salad greens, apple slices, dried cranberries, pecans, cheese, and red onion.
  2. In a small bowl or jar, whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.

Notes
