Description

These Holiday Mimosas are festive, sparkling, and beautifully bright—perfect for Christmas brunch, holiday parties, or New Year’s celebrations. With fresh citrus, pomegranate or cranberry juice, and bubbly champagne, they’re cheerful, refreshing, and unbelievably easy to make!


Ingredients

    • For the Mimosas:
    • 1 bottle chilled champagne or prosecco
    • 1 cup orange juice (fresh-squeezed preferred)
    • 1 cup cranberry juice or pomegranate juice
    • Ice (optional for serving pitchers)

 

  • Garnishes:
  • Fresh cranberries or pomegranate arils
  • Orange slices
  • Rosemary sprigs
  • Sugared cranberries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill your champagne glasses in the fridge or freezer for 10 minutes.
  2. Pour orange juice into each glass, filling about 1/3 of the way.
  3. Add cranberry or pomegranate juice until the glass is half full.
  4. Top with chilled champagne or prosecco.
  5. Garnish with cranberries, orange slices, and a sprig of rosemary.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy these sparkling holiday mimosas!

Notes

For a sweeter drink, use Moscato or add a splash of simple syrup. Make a large mimosa bar with multiple juices—cranberry, orange, pineapple, and pomegranate.
