- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Optional: jalapeños or hot sauce for extra heat
- Tortilla chips or crackers for serving

- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning according to package instructions.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Layer cooked beef over the cream cheese, then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Add diced tomatoes, black olives, green onions, and optional jalapeños.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
You can prepare the dip ahead of time and bake just before serving. For extra flavor, drizzle with hot sauce or salsa on top.
