- 3 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 12 oz whole wheat or high-protein pasta
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish

- Reduce heat to low and stir until sauce is creamy and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and broccoli, tossing to coat evenly.
- Cook 2–3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
For extra protein, use chickpea or lentil pasta. Add a squeeze of lemon juice for brightness.
