- 2 medium zucchini, sliced into rounds
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

- Sprinkle minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper over the top.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until chicken is fully cooked, zucchini is tender, and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or basil and serve hot.
