- Heat the pan: Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease.
- Shape hearts: Pour batter into a squeeze bottle or spoon onto the pan, forming heart shapes.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2–3 minutes.
- Flip carefully and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve warm with desired toppings.
Notes
For perfect heart shapes, use a squeeze bottle or piping bag. Keep pancakes warm in a low oven while cooking the rest. Add chocolate chips or food coloring to make them extra festive.
