  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add cocoa powder, almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until fully combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips if using. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  6. Let cool before slicing. Store in fridge for up to 5 days.
