- ¼ cup water or coconut water (to blend)
Instructions
- Blend: Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain: Pour through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a jar or small bottles.
- Chill & Store: Refrigerate in sealed containers for up to 5 days. Shake before using.
- Serve: Take 1–2 oz per serving as a daily wellness shot, preferably in the morning.
Notes
Adding a pinch of black pepper boosts the absorption of curcumin in turmeric. Adjust sweetness and ginger strength to your taste. You can also add orange juice for extra vitamin C.
